My name is Michelle Crumly. I have been married to my husband, Dan for 20 years and we have four wonderful children ranging in age from 4 years to 18 years of age. I was born and raised in sunny southern California, attended college in Indiana where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and met my husband. My husband and I have lived in Columbia, Missouri and Anderson, South Carolina and have just moved to the Mobile area from South Carolina. I love coffee, tacos, photography, the beach, reading and enjoying time with my family, at church, traveling, hiking, swimming, camping, or just hanging out with family and playing games together.

I possess over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Field and have served as a Childcare Director or Administrator for 18 years. I have been a CPR/FA instructor for the American Red Cross since 2007. I have a passion for working with young children and their families as well as the staff members who continually invest in the kiddos and the community we serve. I consider it a joy and privilege to serve your families as the Director of Lighthouse Kids Child Development Center.

My goal is that this ministry will be a light in Theodore & the greater Mobile area and will bring glory to God.
